North York Arts proudly presents Good Form – an inspiring workshop series in partnership with The Greenprint Network!

We’re launching the series with Good Form: Pose & Presence, an immersive session exploring confidence, self-expression, and the power of how we carry ourselves.

Program Description
Designed for non-models, this workshop in partnership with the Greenprint Network covers posing basics, presence, and visual storytelling. Participants take turns being both in front of and behind the camera, practicing poses and co-directing photo concepts in small teams. Everyone leaves with a headshot!

Capacity: 10-18 participants – Open, adult, any creative whose discipline requires to be “in-front” of the camera (ie. recording artists, dancers, actors, etc.)

Meet Lindura

Lindura is a Toronto-based actress, model, and environmental advocate best known for her recurring role as Sydney Shandon on the hit drama series Sullivan’s Crossing. Before stepping into acting, she built a successful modeling career, appearing in over 80 commercials and working with top photographers across Canada and the U.S., as well as gracing the cover of Roidx Magazine in Paris. Beyond her work in entertainment, she is deeply committed to sustainability, co-founding Plasticfree Toronto to promote eco-conscious living. Dividing her time between Toronto and New York, Lindura integrates her values into her lifestyle, championing mindful consumption and individual action as powerful tools for change.
